L. R. Bits / Pennine Overland Spare wheel Accessory Plate. Uses the same concept as the "Behind Wheel Bike Carrier Mounts" developed for bike carriers on Defenders and early Discovery's.

This product is designed and manufactured by us and is available to suit Steel and Alloy wheels.

L. R. Bits / Pennine Overland Spare wheel Accessory Plate comes as two parts, the adaptor and mounting plate. The adaptor mounts behind your spare wheel and 40mm box section pokes through the centre of the wheel rim. The adaptor has a captive M10 nut mounted in it. The Mounting plate fits over the 40mm box section and is secured by a M10 bolt. We manufacture the Mounting plate in three different lengths to suit most wheels.

The adaptor is compatable with the cow horn type bicycle carriers and can be used a such by removing the Mounting plate when not needed.

L. R. Bits / Pennine Overland Spare wheel Accessory Plate is galvanised to give a lifetime of service in demanding conditions.

The mount is shown with two different types of Jerry Can Holders we manufacture.
