This Explorer Redarc Power Panel. Split Charge / Solar Controller with Fused High and Low amp Outlet panel, has evolved from several years fitting the expedition proven Redarc DC-DC Split Charge / Solar controllers into the Overland Campers and Expedition Trailers we build. 

The panel was designed in house using Solidwords 3D CAD. It is laser cut out of 3mm Aluminium, folded and power coated in Gun Metal Grey. The panel is designed to fit on the rear bukhead of Defender modela 1983 to 2016. With the addition of the trailer bracket, the panel can be fitted to any flat surface, which is protected from water. The Redarc units are 100% water and dust proof. The fuse boxes are not waterproof.

The panel can be fitted with any of the three Redarc DC-DC Charger/Controllers, 25amp, 40amp or 50amp, to suit the capacity of the batteries you intend to fit in your vehicle/trailer. The correct fuses are supplied to suit the specific Redarc DC-DC Controller

Connections to The main Engine Start Battery, Auxiliary Battery and Solar Panel input are all fused separately. There are 6 <20 amp spade connectors for Lights, etc. 4 <100 amp connectors for connecting Fridges, Wallas Cooker, night heaters, auxiliary fuse panels and inverters. The unit comes fully wired.
