The Atlas Overland Adventure Expedition Trailer is designed to thrive on expedition, in commercial use or in military service. Extensive research has identified the best components and using 3D CAD Design Tecnology, our designed team has created a lightweight, but incredibly strong chassis. 3CR12 stainless steel is specifically manufactured for chassis manufacture, has a low work hardening rate, and excellent corrosion properties. The Atlas trailer is available with either a Galvanised Steel Chassis or 3CR12 Stainless Steel chassis. The body of the trailer is manufactured from 2mm 3CR12 Stainless Steel and is ready for any adventure.
The Atlas Adventure Trailer has been designed to mount a Expedition Roof Tent at 1.9m, which is the correct height for the annex to be used. Our Roof Bars are designed with brackets to mount a 270 awning at the correct height but allows the awning to swing down to allow better access to your Roof tent, when erecting and packing it away. They also allow awnings to be stowed lower down and further inboard to prevent accidental damage when traveling off-road or through the bush.
The 3CR12 stainless steel body, doors and mudguards can be supplied in customer’s choice of colour or to match the towing vehicle.
We do our best to source all components within the UK and Europe, but some small parts are manufactured in the far east. All Doors have seals to keep out the water and the dust.

Main body fabricated from 2mm 3CR12 Stainless Steel. 3D CAD designed in house for maximum strength, but minimum weight. laser cut and TIG welded. Powder coated inside and outside.
3 Doors fabricated from 1.5mm 3CR12 Stainless Steel. TIG welded, laser cut to accept compression locks. Powder Coated.
Aluminium Mudguards. Powder coated
Galvanised steel or 3CR12 Stainless Steel running Boards.
Galvanised Roof Rail Kit
Galvanised Jerry Can Holders or Aluminium Jerry can Holders, powder coated.
Cooker Side Cupboard. Designed to accept Coleman Double Petrol Stove and other large stoves.
