Safari Expedition Trailer Body for Sankey Chassis & Lighting Kit transforms the Sankey chassis to a secure storage trailer and enables items to be carried when used with the racking system. Manufactured on site by Safari-Equip from aluminium and galvanised steel this body kit is supplied as an unfinished kit and is easily installed once the final finish is completed. Gas struts can be adjusted to cope with the final load weight meaning that the opening / closing of the lid is easy to do by almost everyone. External clamps hold to lid in place and can be padlocked when desired. The rear tailgate drops like the original Sankey tailgate and is secured by two compression locks. The full lighting kit and wiring is supplied. Side gutters and roof rack can be added as an option allowing the trailer to carry roof top tents, cycles and canoes etc along with a full length internal double drawer giving accessible storage for all your overland and activity essentials and keeping them safe inside. This item is manufactured to order and supplied uncoated. It can be supplied in most colours and can be colour matched to your vehicle at extra cost.
